Many offices are now very opened spaced and therefore it can be difficult to clearly show signs directing people to the right rooms or the reception or even the fire escape. In smaller offices this is not so much of a problem as the walls will be close together and therefore the signs will be easily visible. However in the more open spaced offices this is not always possible and putting the signs on the walls can lead to confusion over the whereabouts of certain aspects of the building – rooms, reception etc…

A cable system is used quite regularly in the more open buildings and it is incredibly easy to use but also very effective at the same time. It basically works by suspending two strong cables from the ceiling and then putting a sign – or several signs on top of each other – at the bottom therefore they can be displayed easily and in pretty much any location that you want. However the cable technique is also used to display products as well and can be a great to promote certain aspects inside your shop or business.

Again the concept is the same in the sense that a cable is used to hang objects from but in this instance it is now suspended from the ceiling. Instead it is attached to a wall or solid surface with hooks running all the way down one side. This means that you can hang whatever you like on these hooks to be displayed and it can be great for products that just wouldn’t look right sitting on a shelf or are too small to justify a shelf space of their own. With a cable system made from aluminum or steel you can get a sleek and strong device that can hold up signs or even just display products in a modern and convenient way.
